Are plastic measuring cups and spoons usually dishwasher safe?

I just got some new plastic measuring cups and spoons, and their labels don’t say if they’re dishwasher safe or not.
Are they usually safe?

yes, but you may want to put them on the top rack to be safe. The top usually does not get as hot as the bottom.

Yes they probably are. I would put them on the top rack to wash them as the top rack doesn’t get the direct hot water.

I put mine in there all the time on the top rack. No problems yet!

All of my plastic measuring cups have gone through the top rack of my dishwasher just fine.

As for the measuring spoons, I’ve been putting them in the silverware basket without even thinking thinking about it. They’ve been washed that way for years with no ill effect.
